You may also contact us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp using the details published on this site. In that case we hold whatever information you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically

This website does not set its own cookies and does not run any advertising or analytics tracking. However, like almost all websites, our hosting provider's servers keep standard access logs, which may record your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure and are used for security and troubleshooting.

4. Third-party services on this website

Some parts of this website load content from third parties. When that content loads, your browser contacts those companies directly and they may receive your IP address and basic device information. Their own privacy policies govern that processing:

• Google Fonts. Typefaces used across the site are served from Google's font servers.
• Google Maps. The map on the Contact page is an embedded Google Maps frame.
• Video embeds. Where a factory or project video is embedded, it is served by the relevant video platform.
• WhatsApp. The floating chat button opens a conversation with us on WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
